They say it takes a village to raise a child and in my case, it took a village to sell my partner’s house. When my partner died in 2024, I knew Larenne would be the realtor I’d use to list the house. I had known her for 4 years and trusted her judgement and experience. She was able to recommend excellent painters, who then recommended a handyman and he transformed the house. Larenne arranged for the lawn to be mowed, the house to be cleaned and professional photos to be taken. We decided to go with virtual staging and the house looked spectacular. The property was listed just before the long weekend in May. After 62 showings, and a bidding war , we sold above asking in 5 days. I was thrilled! And again, Larenne recommended the lawyer who is handling the closing. I can’t thank her enough and I’m now looking for a townhouse with Larenne’s help, of course.
