How We Use Artificial Intelligence
Parkside Group may use artificial intelligence and machine-assisted tools to support activities including:

AI is used as an assistive tool. Material advice, recommendations, representations, pricing strategies, negotiations, and real estate decisions are subject to human review and professional judgment.
Human Oversight
Real estate is fundamentally a human business.
AI-generated information can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or lack important context. Parkside Group does not rely on artificial intelligence as a substitute for the experience, judgment, market knowledge, or professional obligations of our real estate representatives.
Where AI tools contribute to client-facing work, our goal is for the final work to be reviewed, interpreted, and applied by a member of our team.
Client Information & Confidentiality
We recognize that our clients may entrust us with confidential and personal information.
Parkside Group takes reasonable steps to avoid providing confidential client information, privileged communications, financial information, identification documents, transaction details, or other sensitive personal information to publicly accessible AI systems unless the use of that information is appropriate, authorized, and subject to suitable privacy and security protections.
Our obligations to our clients do not change because a technology involves artificial intelligence.
AI-Generated Content
Certain written, visual, analytical, or digital materials appearing on our website or marketing channels may have been created or refined with the assistance of artificial intelligence.
Unless specifically identified otherwise, these tools support our creative and professional process rather than replacing it.
Photographs or representations of real property that have been materially altered, virtually staged, or digitally generated will be identified where disclosure is appropriate or required.
Accuracy
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure information published by Parkside Group is accurate, AI-assisted content should not be treated as independent legal, financial, tax, investment, engineering, inspection, or other professional advice.
Real estate information can change quickly. Buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants should independently verify information material to their decisions and obtain appropriate professional advice where necessary.
